Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from initial planning and scheduling to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure seamless project workflows.
- Monitor site progress daily to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to BCA and MOM regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in the Singapore construction industry.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related building discipline.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permit processes, and safety regulations (WSH).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Valid certification in WSH management or related construction safety is highly preferred.
