Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to the Iron Triangle: scope, schedule, and budget.
- Lead and mentor on-site project teams to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare detailed project status reports for senior management and clients.
- Mitigate project risks and resolve site-specific bottlenecks proactively.
- Ensure all project documentation, permits, and regulatory filings are accurate and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or Primavera).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian construction safety standards and building regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites in the Klang Valley.
