Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve project bottlenecks proactively
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Manage project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and closeout procedures
- Optimize resource allocation and maintain stakeholder communications
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of Malaysian construction regulations and industry standards
- Expertise in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
