NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join our growing team in Alabang. We specialize in delivering high-impact construction projects, and we need a seasoned professional capable of overseeing complex developments from conceptualization to final turnover.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our vision and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure that our projects are delivered with the highest standards of safety, quality, and cost-efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for diverse construction developments.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless site operations.
- Monitor site progress regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and prepare regular performance reports.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all permits and contractual obligations are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement projects across various industrial or commercial sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to be based in Alabang, Metro Manila.
