Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and legal requirements
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for project challenges
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding RM10M
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
