Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full construction lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, OSHA regulations, and local building codes on all site activities.
- Liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve issues and facilitate project progress.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets specifications.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and financial summaries.
- Lead and mentor the site team, ensuring clear communication of expectations and objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong advantage.
