Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end construction project management including planning, execution, and closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor construction progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project risks, resolve conflicts, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and financial statements
- Stakeholder communication and client relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building codes and safety regulations
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification
- Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale construction projects
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
