- Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, and evaluation for construction projects (civil, mechanical, electrical)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the lifecycle
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management
- Oversee subcontractor performance and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex civil, mechanical, and electrical projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
