We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our ongoing construction projects. In this role, you will be the driving force behind site operations, ensuring that every phase of construction is executed with precision, quality, and strict adherence to safety standards.
You will be responsible for balancing project timelines, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met on schedule. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and contractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure all work meets local building regulations and company standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor daily progress to prevent slippage.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and optimize site resource allocation to reduce wastage.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and unforeseen challenges in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the Sabah region.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of site workers and subcontractors.
- In-depth knowledge of local construction laws, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp focus on cost control and quality assurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
