Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects in accordance with A1 Main-Con standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely project completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication and conflict resolution.
- Enforce stringent Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and environmental standards on-site.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying variances and implementing corrective measures to protect profit margins.
- Review and approve technical submissions, method statements, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering specifications.
- Mentor junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- Prepare regular progress reports and project updates for senior management and project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management within an A1 Main-Con environment.
- Proven track record of managing commercial or industrial construction projects in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of BCA regulations, local building codes, and standard contractual requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM tools.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse onsite and office-based teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Valid professional certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, or recognized safety certifications) are highly advantageous.
