Elitez Group is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to spearhead our aluminum and curtain wall projects in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving project success from the planning phase through to final delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and design excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full lifecycle of construction and aluminium curtain wall projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure design integrity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors and subcontractors.
- Lead and mentor the project team to foster a high-performance, collaborative work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on aluminium and curtain wall systems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMP or Prince2 principles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage risks and mitigate potential project delays.
- Valid project management certification is highly desirable.
