Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in large-scale civil engineering and complex tunnelling projects? Trust Recruit is currently partnering with a leading construction firm in Singapore to find a highly skilled Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure initiatives in the West Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes civil engineering projects. You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that all tunnelling and civil works are executed with the highest safety standards, technical precision, and efficiency. We are looking for a visionary leader who can navigate technical challenges in subterranean construction while maintaining strict project timelines and budget controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to construction and final commissioning.
- Supervise site operations with a primary focus on tunnelling methodologies and complex civil engineering processes.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to geological conditions and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality meets strict project specifications and international standards.
- Lead project meetings, prepare detailed progress reports, and present updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years specifically in tunnelling or underground civil works.
- Solid understanding of local Singapore construction regulations, BCA requirements, and WSH standards.
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex site operations under pressure.
- Strong technical background in earth retaining and stabilizing structures (ERSS) and TBM operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and commercial requirements.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are highly regarded.
