Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional lifestyle while engaging in challenging consultancy work.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from conceptualization through to completion and handover.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project budgets, manage progress claims, and implement cost-control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, project documentation, and regular status updates for stakeholders.
- Manage the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
- Ensure all site activities adhere to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and local building codes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management within a construction consultancy or main contractor setting.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building regulations, BCA standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Professional certification such as PMP or Prince2 is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
