Hummingcomm Corporation is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Tacloban City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of complex engineering projects, including new site builds, site expansions, and SWAP site upgrades. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure that all infrastructure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial site survey and planning to final execution and handover.
- Manage site build-out schedules, ensuring critical milestones are met for both new builds and site expansions.
- Supervise SWAP site projects, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to network operations.
- Control project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and minimize waste to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal engineering teams, and local contractors to align project objectives.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry technical standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communication logs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience within the construction or telecommunications infrastructure sector.
- Proven expertise in managing site builds, site acquisitions, or network SWAP projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site safety regulations, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within the region as required.
