Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning and design through to final completion and handover.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress daily, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project finances by tracking costs, managing change orders, and ensuring profitability.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to ensure work aligns with design specifications and timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards (SSM/SIRIM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites in the Klang Valley.
