Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all phases of civil construction projects with emphasis on water tank infrastructure
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor construction progress, quality assurance, and compliance with engineering specifications
- Manage subcontractor relationships and coordinate site logistics efficiently
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and environmental management systems
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate construction delays proactively
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction project management
- Proven track record in water tank construction and hydraulic infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM tools)
- Valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction regulations and permitting processes
