Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in mechanical engineering looking to elevate your career? Vtsa International Inc. is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead our elevator installation and construction projects in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our site operations, ensuring that complex mechanical projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest industry standards.
As our Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from site mobilization and technical planning to final quality inspection and turnover. You will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, sub-contractors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end installation process for elevator systems across various construction sites.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and site engineers to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.
- Supervise on-site teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation to prevent delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve mechanical or technical challenges as they arise.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and documentation for management review.
- Facilitate smooth project turnover and client satisfaction through rigorous testing and commissioning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project management within the construction or elevator industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical blueprints, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
