Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee construction phase activities, ensuring full compliance with technical design specifications and quality standards.
- Lead and facilitate coordination meetings between architects, engineers, contractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor site progress against project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, site instructions, and submittals to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Manage technical queries (RFIs) and provide timely, accurate documentation and resolutions.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for stakeholders, detailing site status, budget utilization, and risk assessment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the construction phase of complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, BEM, or relevant local accreditation) is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of local construction building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage relationships with contractors and clients.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or BIM 360).
