Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex corporate real estate fit-out projects from inception to handover.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and specialized consultants.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress, address potential risks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project documentation, including scope, contracts, and progress reports.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project tiers to resolve technical and operational challenges proactively.
- Ensure project outcomes align with client objectives and sustainability standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within corporate commercial fit-outs.
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects in the Singapore market.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations, procurement processes, and contract administration (e.g., JCT or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar platforms).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality project delivery.
