- End-to-end project lifecycle management for corporate real estate fit-out projects
- Development and execution of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery
- Risk mitigation and proactive problem resolution throughout project phases
- Compliance management with Singaporean building codes and safety regulations
- Stakeholder communication and reporting to executive leadership
- Team leadership and resource optimization for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate fit-out project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex commercial fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- PMP or RICS certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
