Join Randstad as a CSA Project Manager and lead transformative data centre construction projects across Johor and Klang Valley. This critical role requires a seasoned construction professional with 10-15 years of experience to oversee large-scale site execution, ensuring projects meet rigorous technical standards and delivery timelines. You'll drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, from initial planning to final handover, while maintaining strict budget controls and safety protocols. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in civil/structural engineering and a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure developments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end execution of data centre construction projects in Johor and Klang Valley
- Oversee site operations including resource allocation, subcontractor management, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables through all construction phases
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve complex site issues proactively
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and change orders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related technical field
- 10-15 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record leading data centre or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and construction methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
