Are you an experienced professional looking to make a tangible impact on urban infrastructure? CPG Facilities Management is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager cum Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to join our team in the North Region. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of township infrastructure projects, ensuring that upgrading, improvement, and cyclical maintenance works are executed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies, providing technical expertise to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is not only skilled in project management but also possesses the technical rigor required for on-site supervision and technical compliance in a township environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for township infrastructure upgrading and routine cyclical maintenance.
- Serve as the Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to supervise on-site works, ensuring compliance with specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control and workplace safety (WSH) standards.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, budget updates, and technical documentation for management review.
- Provide expert technical input during the planning and design phases of facility improvements.
- Ensure that all infrastructure installations meet regulatory authority requirements and safety certifications.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Registered as a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with the IES/ACES.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction or facilities management sector.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations, structural design, and civil work standards.
- Proven track record in managing cyclical maintenance or upgrading projects for townships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and essential office productivity software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
