Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for data center infrastructure builds, expansions, and fit-outs.
- Direct cross-functional teams, including design consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project milestones.
- Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor site progress to ensure strict adherence to quality, safety (HSE), and design specifications.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to align project outcomes with the client’s strategic business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including supply chain issues, technical bottlenecks, and permit requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports and presentations for executive-level stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil), Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the Data Center or critical facility sector.
- Strong understanding of data center design principles, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems, and power distribution.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale capital projects in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Uptime Institute accreditation is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
