In this critical role, you'll lead project teams responsible for delivering complex data center projects that support our clients' digital transformation initiatives. You'll manage the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
As a key member of our project management team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and clients to define project scope, develop detailed project plans, and monitor progress. You'll be responsible for risk management, issue resolution, and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage data center projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
- Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct project post-mortems and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in data center or infrastructure projects
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of data center technologies, infrastructure, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
