Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for data center cooling installations, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Serve as a Technical Sales Consultant, providing expert advice to clients on HVAC, Chiller systems, and precision cooling technologies.
- Conduct site surveys and thermal assessments to design customized cooling solutions tailored to specific data center environments.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including high-level presentations and technical negotiations to secure project approvals.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Oversee the procurement of specialized equipment and manage vendor performance throughout the project duration.
- Provide post-installation support and technical troubleshooting to ensure long-term system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Project Management or Technical Sales within the HVAC or Data Center industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of Chiller systems, CRAC/CRAH units, and energy-efficient cooling architectures.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency.
