Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle for data center infrastructure deployments, from initial planning and design to commissioning and hand-over.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical/mechanical engineers, IT architects, and external contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budget allocations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, safety compliance, and quality control standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations for equipment and specialized services.
- Provide regular reporting to executive stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all installations comply with local regulations and international data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier classifications).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in project management within the data center, telecommunications, or large-scale construction industries.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional) certification is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure components including UPS, CRAC units, PDU, and structured cabling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex technical requirements and tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Proven ability to utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or JIRA.
