Gough Recruitment is partnering with a premier construction firm to identify an experienced Project Manager specializing in Data Centre Fit-Out. This is a pivotal role located in the heart of Singapore, focused on the delivery of high-tier, mission-critical infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end execution of data centre fit-out projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
- Direct and coordinate complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations, ensuring integration with existing building systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage and mentor site teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
- Oversee project scheduling, resource planning, and procurement activities to mitigate potential delays.
- Monitor site safety and environmental compliance in accordance with Singapore's WSH regulations.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide detailed reporting to senior management regarding project health and risk assessment.
- Facilitate the testing and commissioning (T&C) phase to ensure all systems meet rigorous data centre uptime requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, specifically focused on Data Centre or cleanroom fit-outs.
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems and their critical role in data centre functionality.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and local construction practices.
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and high-value subcontracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
