Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and oversee demolition projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability
- Supervise and direct demolition crews and subcontractors
- Prepare regular project reports for stakeholders and management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in demolition or construction
- Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, safety protocols, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction and demolition regulations
