Spacey Design is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead our Design & Build, Activations, and Fit-Out projects in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our fast-paced operations, ensuring that every project is delivered to the gold standard of quality our clients expect.
As our Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from the initial design phase through to final hand-over. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a proven track record of managing budgets and timelines effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end execution of design and build, retail activations, and commercial fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Manage project budgets, tracking costs, and implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Coordinate between clients, internal design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety standards, and troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project close-out summaries.
- Maintain high quality-control standards across all deliverables, ensuring final outputs meet client expectations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically within design and build or fit-out industries.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello) and CAD/BIM software is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-pressure projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Metro Manila as required.
