Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital health projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Manage project schedules, track progress, and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical development teams and clinical/healthcare partners.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards and internal quality protocols.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the healthcare, medical, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of Malaysian healthcare regulations and digital health trends is highly advantageous.
