Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end interior fit-out projects for commercial clients, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and site supervisors, to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, providing regular progress reports and updates.
- Ensure full compliance with local building regulations, safety standards (WSH), and environmental requirements.
- Control project expenditures and manage procurement processes effectively to maximize profitability.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out or commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, techniques, and local building codes.
- Proven ability to manage high-value projects and lead large, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management.
