Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead critical infrastructure projects in the specialist field of Earthing and Lightning Protection? Pekat is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee our Earthing & Lightning division in Johor Bahru.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of engineering projects. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to site supervision and final handover. Your technical expertise in electrical safety and lightning protection systems will be vital in ensuring that all installations meet stringent international standards and safety regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end Earthing and Lightning Protection (ELP) projects within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Perform site surveys, risk assessments, and technical audits of electrical grounding systems.
- Manage project budgets, resource procurement, and material inventory for optimal efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (DOSH/OSHA) and project specifications at all times.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks or site issues proactively to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience within the construction or electrical services industry.
- Deep understanding of Earthing and Lightning Protection system design and installation standards (e.g., MS IEC 62305).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD).
- Proven ability to lead site teams and communicate effectively with clients.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across the Johor region.
- Professional certification in project management or electrical competency is an added advantage.
