Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor elevator installation and modernization projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project timelines and status updates.
- Manage on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry-standard installation practices.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery and quality control of elevator components and materials.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
- Monitor site progress through regular inspections, ensuring compliance with architectural plans and local building codes.
- Prepare accurate project reports, documentation, and handover certificates upon project completion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or elevator industry.
- In-depth knowledge of vertical transportation systems and relevant safety regulations in the Philippines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pasig City and coordinate with various project stakeholders.
