Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire project lifecycle from planning to completion for outlet renovations and fit-outs
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-delivery
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to address bottlenecks
- Implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare detailed project documentation including progress reports and change orders
- Optimize operational efficiency through continuous process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/fit-out project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex renovation projects on time and budget
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean construction regulations and safety standards
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
