BHD. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager (EV Infrastructure) to lead our expansion in the electric vehicle (EV) charging sector. As the demand for green energy infrastructure grows, we are looking for a strategic leader to oversee the development and implementation of state-of-the-art EV charging stations across Malaysia.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of EV infrastructure projects. This includes coordinating with engineering teams, managing construction timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will also play a key role in business development, identifying partnership opportunities with leading brands to enhance our market presence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project lifecycle for EV charging station projects, from initial site selection and feasibility studies to design, construction, and final commissioning.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction partners, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines specific to EV infrastructure.
- Identify and cultivate business development opportunities within the EV sector, partnering with key stakeholders and leading brands.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and government bodies, providing regular progress updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Manage project risks and resolve technical or operational challenges efficiently to minimize project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, infrastructure, or EV sector.
- Strong knowledge of EV charging technology, grid integration, and construction methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding RM 1 million.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license.
