Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of large-scale exhibition and interior construction projects
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions for delays or quality issues
- Manage project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and provide regular project updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in exhibition/construction industry
- Proven track record of managing large-scale exhibition or interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and exhibition technology
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
