Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end façade installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, ensuring critical milestones are met within the agreed timeline.
- Take full ownership of project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement, and ongoing financial reporting.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, clients, and internal engineering teams to resolve technical design challenges.
- Oversee site operations and manage sub-contractors to ensure site productivity and high-quality workmanship.
- Manage project documentation, including progress claims, variation orders, and technical submittals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and workplace safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record in façade construction or building envelope management.
- Strong understanding of structural components, materials, and installation methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budget, costing, and resource allocation.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and structural specifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proactive, independent, and capable of working in a fast-paced construction environment.
