Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure across Telecom and IT domains
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize delivery efficiency
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in Telecom or IT industries
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Proven expertise in agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated experience managing international teams and global projects
