We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Singapore office to lead high-profile government projects. In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the project lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to the client's vision, budgetary constraints, and quality standards. You will be responsible for driving performance, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring compliance with Singapore's regulatory environment. As the key interface between government clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering successful outcomes on complex public sector schemes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing robust project execution plans, managing procurement and tendering processes, monitoring progress against milestones, and providing clear, concise reporting to senior leadership and client representatives. You will champion best practices in project controls, risk management, health and safety, and sustainability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of government construction and workplace projects in Singapore.
- Ensure project alignment with contractual requirements, budget constraints, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and progress reports.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between clients, design teams, contractors, and local authorities.
- Manage procurement processes, including tender evaluation and contractor appointment in compliance with government regulations.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Champion health, safety, and environmental standards on all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and stakeholder meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the public sector or large-scale construction in Singapore.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's building regulations, safety standards, and government procurement frameworks.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
