Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor HDB construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with HDB regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders and management
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and change orders
- Lead project meetings and communicate project status to all stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HDB construction project management
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of HDB regulations, building codes, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Singaporean or Singapore PR with valid work permit
