Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire renovation lifecycle from planning to completion
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and hospitality stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress and resolve issues proactively
- Implement hospitality-specific renovation requirements
- Report project status to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Proven track record in hospitality or commercial renovations
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations
- Expertise in budgeting and scheduling tools
- Certification in Project Management (PMP preferred)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
