Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and finalize industrial construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, sub-contractors, and consultants to ensure site efficiency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage project financials, including procurement, budget forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, architects, engineers, and internal management.
- Oversee on-site logistics and ensure the highest standards of quality control and site safety management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the industrial or heavy construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction methodologies.
- Proven track record in managing high-value construction sites and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian construction laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements (CIDB, DOSH).
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and construction drawings.
