Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle management for complex industrial construction initiatives
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring timely delivery
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk management frameworks
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction/infrastructure projects
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies and industry-specific tools
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) highly regarded
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and standards
