Are you an experienced Project Manager with a deep background in intelligent warehousing? FlexiTalent China is currently partnering with a leading enterprise that is expanding its footprint in Malaysia. With several major projects secured across the pharmaceutical, warehouse logistics, and retail sectors, we are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead our EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) warehouse projects from inception to final handover.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for project delivery, ensuring that complex automated storage systems are implemented on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards. You will bridge the gap between technical design, onsite construction teams, and high-level stakeholders, driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale EPC intelligent warehouse projects in Malaysia.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, construction, and automation engineering.
- Oversee onsite project execution, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and material procurement to optimize costs and logistics.
- Serve as the key liaison between the local Malaysian branch and international project stakeholders.
- Manage project budgeting, financial tracking, and progress reporting to executive leadership.
- Facilitate the commissioning and handover process for complex warehouse automation systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within intelligent warehousing, automated logistics, or large-scale EPC construction.
- Proven track record in managing high-value, multi-disciplinary construction projects.
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation systems, racking design, and supply chain infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage international stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a cross-cultural professional environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred due to collaboration with headquarter teams.
