Are you a detail-oriented construction professional with a passion for high-end interior spaces? Grandwork Interior is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our project lifecycle, transforming client visions into reality while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
As our Project Manager, you will oversee the full project spectrum, from initial client proposals and site analysis to final handover. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinating between architects, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our rigorous quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from the proposal and tender stage through to site handover and project closure.
- Develop detailed project schedules and ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed-upon timeline.
- Monitor site activities to ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenditure, negotiating with vendors, and mitigating cost overruns.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct regular site visits to supervise progress, resolve technical challenges, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management and stakeholders throughout the project duration.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction safety standards in Singapore.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and sub-contractors effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt to on-site challenges efficiently.
