Grandwork Interior is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Manager to lead our premier interior fit-out projects across Singapore. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating complex fit-out projects from the initial planning stages through to final handover. You will act as the central point of communication between prestigious clients, consultants, and internal site teams. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical construction requirements with aesthetic design goals, all while maintaining strict control over budgets and timelines. You will lead diverse teams of professionals and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and execution excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure all phases of construction and fit-out are completed on time.
- Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, procurement of materials, and financial monitoring to ensure profitability.
- Lead and manage site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and consultants, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Enforce strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety protocols on all project sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project delivery.
- Manage the project close-out process, including defect rectification, final inspections, and the submission of all necessary documentation and as-built drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the interior fit-out or renovation industry in Singapore.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering commercial, retail, or high-end residential fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, Singapore Standards (SS), and BCA regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and drafting tools like AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Certification in PMP or relevant safety management (e.g., BCSS, CSPM) is highly preferred.
