We are seeking a dynamic and organized Project Manager to oversee our upcoming site operations in Makati City. You will be responsible for end-to-end project coordination, managing subcontractors, maintaining strict quality control standards, and ensuring all milestones are met according to the project schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor interior fit-out projects from inception to handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project phases.
- Coordinate daily site operations, including supervision of contractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently to minimize wastage and downtime.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, clients, and design teams.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Prepare accurate progress reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor specifically within interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Effective interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
- Professional fluency in English and Filipino.
