Are you an experienced Project Manager with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for transforming commercial spaces? We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead high-stakes interior fit-out projects in the West Region. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex interior environments, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
As the primary point of contact, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from initial procurement and budget planning to site management and final handover. You will lead cross-functional teams, navigate project timelines, and manage external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong problem-solving capabilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and execute interior fit-out projects from conception through to handover.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all project phases.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking costs, controlling expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, health, and safety compliance.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and services, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, providing regular status reports.
- Manage defects and project snagging to ensure client satisfaction during the final handover stage.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related Construction field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in interior fit-out or commercial construction project management.
- Strong understanding of BCA safety regulations and industry-standard construction workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar) is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and complex supply chains.
- High level of professional integrity and a commitment to maintaining site safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet stringent deadlines in a high-growth environment.
