Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for office renovations and interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate site activities, scheduling contractors, and supervising sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety and health regulations.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, procurement of materials, and cost-control measures to minimize wastage.
- Liaise effectively with architects, designers, clients, and local authorities to ensure project compliance and satisfaction.
- Track project timelines, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out or commercial construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, building materials, and site supervision techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to various project sites within Kuala Lumpur.
