Tanggung Jawab
- Support project initiation by defining scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Coordinate project execution across IT teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budget compliance
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning
- Document project progress, milestones, and final reports
- Assist in resource allocation and workload balancing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 1-2 years of project coordination or junior PM experience
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
